Returns & Exchanges

Within 7 Days of Receipt: If your Digital Microscope arrives damaged or remains unopened, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact support@wkr.top to initiate the process.

Between 7 and 30 Days: After 7 days but within 30 days of receipt, we offer exchanges only for defective products. Reach out to support@wkr.top for support.

Warranty Terms

  • Original Purchaser: This warranty applies solely to the original buyer and is non-transferable.
  • Exclusions: Damages due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or neglect are not covered.
  • Maintenance: Routine maintenance and normal wear-and-tear are not included.
